FIELDS OF APPLICATION

For industrial use.

Main application area:

- wood glue, provides class D2 moisture resistance of the adhesive seam. Ready to use, can be thinned with water if necessary to adjust the viscosity, but no more than 5% by weight, good for pressing (hot and cold);
- adhesive for wood materials (plywood, fiberboard, etc., the surface of which is not treated with resins);
- glue for paper and cardboard. It can be used both in pure form and as part of compositions (compatibility with the components should be checked beforehand);
- as a component of the interfacial compounds in the textile industry, providing strong adhesion of any sizing with the fabric, prevents dusting and improves penetration of size into the fabric, which allows to adjust its stiffness.
Recommended application area:
- as a binder in water-dispersion paints;
- for gluing cardboard to gypsum sheets in the production of gypsum boards;
- as a concrete modifier.

SUBSTRATE

Dispersion is mechanically stable. It is compatible with starch and cellulose thickeners and other components of coatings and adhesives. Compatibility with other types of dispersions should be checked by performing a test for efficiency and stability during storage. Incompatible with strong acids and alkalis and organic solvents. Avoid contact with corrosive metals.
The final strength of the adhesive joint is achieved after the glue has completely dried.
