Description
Special purpose water polyvinylacetate modified dispersion with lower viscosity. Good penetration quality. Finished product medium elasticity (tactile perception). Non inflammable. Free of organic solvents or plasticizers. When used as intended, the glue is safe, non-toxic. Non frost proof!

Application:

for the impregnation of fabrics and the manufacture of various compositions for the textile industry;

as a binder for gypsum compositions.
SUBSTRATE
After drying forms a solid film resistant to fats, oils, UV. The film has good vapor permeability, has no residual stickiness, quickly hardens when dried, is almost not noticeable on the finished product. It is used both for natural fiber based materials and synthetic including polyamide, polypropylene, cellulose and polyester. Mechanically stable. Suitable for spraying. Incompatible with strong acids and alkalis, organic solvents, contact with non-corrosive metals. Pigments, fillers and other types of dispersions compatibility should be tested. Viscosity adjustment is possible due to water thinning or cellulose thickening.

CERTIFICATE
The product «Polyvinylacetate homopolymeric coarse breakup dispersion» isn’t included in Part II of «Consolidated list of goods, subjected to Sanitary and Epidemiological Control at the Custom and the Customs Union Territory», proved by Commission of the Customs Union, on the 28th of May, 2010, №299, and not under mandatory certification.
Application
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Gluing materials surface should be dust-free, without fat, moisture and other contaminants.
CONDITIONS
Working temperature (20±2)о С and air humidity no more than 65%.

Preparing |
Dispersion after mixing is completely ready for use. Dispersion and materials before processing must be acclimatized to room temperature. |

Tools |
Formators for applying dispersion on carpets, rolls or any other industrial equipment for special purposes. |

Cleaning |
Equipment is washed with water after glue drying. Dry glue is cleaned mechanically or using acetone-based solvents. |

Application |
To coat «DispoNix D 074» different techniques can be used including steeping, saturation and spray. Possible to use in shag carpet needle punching. Finished goods should be dried at 80оС according to equipment operation mode. |
Storage
STORAGE
Store in a dry place at +5…+35 °C, in a tightly sealed original container. Protect from freezing! Use after opening immediately. Stir before using.
GUARANTED STORAGE LIFE
Expire date is 6 months in case if delivery and storing rules are followed. After expire date shouldn’t be used without tests.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
If skin contact wash with soap water thoroughly. If eye contact wash immediately and consult a doctor. A separate material safety data sheet is available by request.
