Description
Umacoll 82К is a water- dispersed one-component adhesive with low viscosity and high adhesion to polymer films.
Usage
DESCRIPTION
Umacoll 82K is one component water-dispersed glue with low viscosity for PVC film lamination.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Umacoll 82K is used for pasting windows made of PE films, sealing seams in paper bags. The adhesive seam is elastic. Low-viscosity adhesive for facing (caking) and coating flat surfaces of wood materials and drywall with decorative polymer films and impregnated paper.

Application
CONDITIONS
Working temperature (20+2) °С and air humidity no more than 65%. Material humidity 8-10%. Use materials with smooth surface. Use the glue at the temperature not below 15°С. Gluing materials and glue should be withstood to the room temperature before use.

| Adhesive |
Lamination is performed immediately after the adhesive applying within the open time. Pressing is possible both cold (at room temperature) and hot (up to +80 C). |
| Hardening |
Glued materials should be kept at (20±2)0С (not lower +150С) till dry through. Glued parts can be machined after 5-6 hours. Full time of hardening is 24 hours. |
| Cleaning |
Equipment is washed with water. Dry glue is cleaned mechanically. |
Storage
STORAGE
Should be kept in tightly closed original container in dry rooms, not below +5° up to +30°С. Surface film can be formed when no shut properly. Do not freeze!
GUARANTED STORAGE LIFE
Expire date is 6 months in case if delivery and storing rules are followed. After expire date shouldn’t be used without tests.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Use rubber gloves to protect hands. Wash soap water thoroughly when contact with skin. Avoid eye contact. In the case wash with water and consult a doctor if needed. For detaled safety instructions, please read safety certificate.
RECYCLING
Packing materials are recycled as consumer waste.
