Description

Special purpose water polyvinylacetate modified dispersion with good adhesiveness with porous materials. High adhesive bond. Low viscosity. Optimal open time. High rate of set. Suitable for paper and board gluing. After drying forms elastic transparent film.
Inflammable. When used as intended, the glue is safe, non-toxic. Non frost proof.

Usage

"DispoNix DE 305" is designed for industrial applications.

Used:

for laminating cardboard and gluing cardboard boxes along the side seam and closing the valve;
in the printing industry for binding and binding work (sticking end-book, side slip, edging);
for gluing of labels;
for the manufacture of cardboard sleeves;
in the manufacture of coatings.

Specificity of application

Mechanically stable, suitable for spraying, does not clog nozzles. When dry, forms a continuous elastic non-sticky film, resistant to fats, oils, ultraviolet.

The product is not compatible with strong acids and alkalis, organic solvents, contact with non-corrosive metals. Compatibility with pigments, fillers and other types of dispersions should be checked by performing an efficiency test and storage stability. It is allowed to dilute with water to a convenient viscosity, but not more than 5% by weight.

Application

Surface preparation

The surface of the materials to be bonded should not be wet, have obvious fat and other contaminants.

Application conditions

Operating temperature (20 ± 2) оС and humidity of air no more than 65%. The work should be carried out at a temperature of not less than + 16 ° C.

Application process

Preparation	Dispersion after mixing is completely ready for use. Dispersion and materials before processing must be acclimatized to room temperature. If a different dispersion was used on this equipment prior to the application of "DispoNix DE 305", it is desirable to pre-flush the equipment and accessories.
Instruments	Roller, brush, disc, nozzle or any other device.
Washing	Equipment and tools after using "DispoNix DE 305" should be washed with water. To remove the dried product, use a mechanical cleaning method using water or acetone-based solvents.
Application	Dispersion should be applied by any instrument with a thin layer on one of the surfaces to be bonded, then both surfaces must be tightly pressed for a while. The consumption of "DispoNix DE 305" depends on the method of its application. Finished products can be used 24 hours after manufacturing.

Storage

Store in tightly closed containers of the manufacturer in dry rooms at temperatures from +5 to + 35 ° C. Do not freeze! Immediately before use, especially after prolonged storage, "DispoNix DE 305" must be mixed. If there is a film on the surface before stirring, the film is gently removed.

Warranty period of storage

The warranty period of storage "Dispo Nix DE 305" is 6 months from the date of manufacture, provided that the consumer observes the rules of transportation and storage. After the expiration of the storage warranty period, it is not recommended to use the product without laboratory testing.

Precautionary measures

During work, the room must be ventilated. Avoid excess skin contact with dispersion (until dry), use rubber gloves. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary. Full information is contained in the safety data sheet for the product.

Recycling

Dispose of the packaging from the glue as household waste.
