Description
Special purpose modified poly vinyl acetate water dispersion with good adhesion to porous materials. Dispersion is used for cardboard spiral cartridge manufacturing, carton laminating and gluing labels. The product has low viscosity, long open time, good adhesion. Form flexible transparent film on drying. Non flammable. Safe on use, non toxic. Keep from freezing!

FIELDA OF APPLICATION
For industrial use.
Suitable for:
- cardboard spiral cartridge manufacturing;
- cardboard laminating;
- gluing paper, carton for packaging.
SUBSTRATE
Dispersion is mechanically stable, suitable for spraying. Forms flexible, solid non adhesive film resistant to oil, fats and ultraviolet light. Do not bring into coincidence with strong acids and alkalis and organic solvents. Avoid contact with corrosive metals. Compatibility with other types of dispersions should be checked by performing a test for efficiency and stability during storage.

Application
CONDITIONS
Working temperature (20±2)оС and air humidity should be no less 65%. Working temperature should be no less than +16оС.
APPLICATION
| Preparing | Ready to use. Gluing materials and glue should be withstood to the room temperature before use. If a different dispersion or adhesive was used on the equipment before DispoNix DE 107, it is desirable to pre-wash the equipment and accessories. |

| Cleaning | Equipment is washed with water before glue drying. Dry glue is cleaned mechanically using water or acetone-based solvents |
| Application | Apply the adhesive as a thin coat on one gluing side and press both sides tightly. Consumption depends on application method. |
Storage
STORAGE
Store in a dry place at +5…+35 °C, in a tightly sealed original container. Protect from freezing! Stir before using especially after long storage. Delete surface film before stirring if any.
GUARANTED STORAGE LIFE
Expire date is 6 months in case if delivery and storing rules are followed. After expire date shouldn’t be used without tests.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Air the room while working. Avoid skin contact until dry. Use rubber gloves. If skin or eye contact wash with large amount of water. Consult a doctor if needed. A separate material safety data sheet is available by request.
RECYCLING
Packing materials are recycled as consumer waste.
