One component water-dispersed glue for PVC film lamination.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Umacoll 80K is used to laminate and wrap flat surfaces of wood materials and drywall with decorative polymer films and impregnated paper.
Advantages:
- Good polymer and paper adhesive;
- High bond strength (initial as well);
- Adhesive bond heat stability up to +800С, adhesive bond cold resistance up to -300С (depending on the materials used);
- Environmentally friendly, no volatile solvents and formaldehyde;
- Ready to use;
- Suitable for hot and cold pressing.

Application
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Gluing materials surface should be dust-free, without fat and other contaminants.
CONDITIONS
Working temperature (20+2) °С and air humidity no more than 65%. Material humidity 8-10%.
Use materials with smooth surface. Use the glue at the temperature not below 15°С.
Gluing materials and glue should be withstood to the room temperature before use.

Ready to use. Stir thoroughly before use. Can be thined with water if needed. |

Application |
Apply mechanically (any suitable equipment) or manually (roll or spatula). |

Consumption |
60-120 g/m2 depending on the material surface quality. |

Adhesive |
Lamination is performed immediately after the adhesive applying within the open time. Pressing is possible both cold (at room temperature) and hot (up to +800 C). |

Hardening |
Glued materials should be kept at (20±2)0С (not lower +150С) till dry through. Glued parts can be machined after 5-6 hours. Full time of hardening is 24 hours. |
|
Cleaning |
Equipment is washed with water. Dry glue is cleaned mechanically. |
Storage
STORAGE
Should be kept in tightly closed original container in dry rooms, not below +5° up to +30°С. Surface film formation is possible if not tightly closed. Protect from freezing!
GUARANTED STORAGE LIFE
Expire date is 6 months in case if delivery and storing rules are followed. After expire date shouldn’t be used without tests.

Use rubber gloves to protect hands. Avoid skin or eye contact. In case of contact with eyes or skin wash with water and consult a doctor. For detaled safety instructions, please read safety certificate.
