Special purpose water polyvinylacetate modified dispersion with medium size particles. Dispersion consistency prevents flowing down as well as provides even application and optimal adhesive bond.
Fire and explosion proof. Inflammable in ready condition. When used as intended, the glue is safe, non-toxic. Non frost proof. Irreversible if frozen

SUBSTRARE
After drying forms solid flexible non-sticky transparent film resistant to fats, oils, UV. Good for handicrafts due to consistency and long open time.
Incompatible with strong acids and alkalis, organic solvents, contact with non-corrosive metals.
Pigments, fillers and other types of dispersions compatibility should be tested. Viscosity adjustment is possible due to water thinning, no more than 5% by weight.

The product «Polyvinylacetate homopolymeric coarse breakup dispersion» isn’t included in Part II of «Consolidated list of goods, subjected to Sanitary and Epidemiological Control at the Custom and the Customs Union Territory», proved by Commission of the Customs Union, on the 28th of May, 2010, №299, and not under mandatory certification.
Application
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
The surface of the glued materials should be absorbent, without fat and other contaminants.CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS
Working temperature (20±2)о С and air humidity no more than 65%.
APPLICATION

Preparing
|
Dispersion after mixing is completely ready for use. Dispersion and materials before processing must be acclimatized to room temperature.

Tools |
Rolls, brushes or any other suitable equipment. |

Cleaning |
Equipment is washed with water after glue drying. Dry glue is cleaned mechanically or using acetone based solvents. |

Application |
Apply the adhesive with any suitable tool as a thin coat on one gluing side and press both sides tightly. Consumption depends on application method. Full time of hardening is 24 hours. |
Storage
Store in a dry place at +5…+35 °C, in a tightly sealed original container. Protect from freezing! Stir before using especially after long storage. Delete surface film before stirring if any.
GUARANTED STORAGE LIFE
Expire date is 6 months in case if delivery and storing rules are followed. After expire date shouldn’t be used without tests.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Air the room while working. Avoid skin contact until dry. Use rubber gloves. If skin or eye contact wash with large amount of water. Consult a doctor if needed. A separate material safety data sheet is available by request.
RECYCLING
Packing materials are recycled as consumer waste.
