Description
Special purpose water polyvinylacetate modified dispersion. Medium viscosity. Long open time. Suitable for using in the textile industry as well as for paper and board bonding.
Fire and explosion proof. Inflammable in ready condition. When used as intended, the glue is safe, non-toxic. Non frost proof.

- Fabric interfacial compound base in textile industry, dyeing and finishing of cloth and textile materials;

The product «Polyvinylacetate homopolymeric coarse breakup dispersion» isn’t included in Part II of «Consolidated list of goods, subjected to Sanitary and Epidemiological Control at the Custom and the Customs Union Territory», proved by Commission of the Customs Union, on the 28th of May, 2010, №299, and not under mandatory certification.
Application
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
The surface of the glued materials should be smooth, absorbent, without fat and other contaminants. In the textile industry, fabric surface preparation is due to manufacture specifications.
CONDITIONS
Paper and board working temperature (20±2)о С and air humidity no more than 65%. In textile industry temperature and humidity is due to the manufacture specifications.
APPLICATION

Preparing |
Dispersion after mixing is completely ready for use. Dispersion and materials before processing must be acclimatized to room temperature. |

Tools |
Brushes, rolls or any other suitable equipment. |
|
Cleaning |
Equipment is washed with water before glue drying. Dry glue is cleaned mechanically using water or acetone-based solvents. |

Application |
Apply the adhesive as a thin coat on one gluing side and press both sides tightly. Consumption depends on application method. Full time of hardening is 24 hours. |
Storage
STORAGE
Store in a dry place at +5…+35 °C, in a tightly sealed original container. Protect from freezing! Stir before using especially after long storage. Delete surface film before stirring if any.
GUARANTED STORAGE LIFE
Expire date is 6 months in case if delivery and storing rules are followed. After expire date shouldn’t be used without tests.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Air the room while working. Avoid skin contact until dry. Use rubber gloves. If skin or eye contact wash with large amount of water. Consult a doctor if needed. A separate material safety data sheet is available by request.
