Description
Special purpose water polyvinylacetate modified dispersion. Suitable for wood industry. Good adhesiveness with poromeric materials. After drying forms elastic transparent film. High adhesive bond. No finished bonding shrunk.
Fire and explosion proof. Inflammable in ready condition. When used as intended, the glue is safe, non-toxic. Non frost proof. Irreversible if frozen.
Usage
«DispoNix DE 384» are intended for industrial application.
Are used:
- in the woodworking and furniture industry for gluing wood (technology of splicing on the stud and pressing);
- manufacture of interior doors and furniture;
- gluing paper, cardboard, fiberboard;
- as a component of building mixtures and paintwork materials.
Specificity of application
When dried, it forms a solid transparent elastic film, resistant to fats, oils, ultraviolet, vapor permeable. Dispersion does not stain wood, has no sharp odor, provides a reliable connection of the parts to be glued. However, when interacting with iron, wood tanning agents can cause the glue to stain, so it is necessary to conduct a trial gluing before production in production conditions. Adhesive seam is resistant to short-term exposure to moisture or high temperature.
The product is not compatible with strong acids and alkalis, organic solvents, contact with non-corrosive metals. Compatibility with pigments, fillers and other types of dispersions should be checked by performing an efficiency test and storage stability. It is allowed to dilute the dispersion with water to a convenient viscosity, but not more than 5% by weight.

Application
The surface of the materials to be bonded should be smooth, absorbent, should not have obvious fat and other impurities. The surfaces to be glued must match exactly.
Application conditions
Operating temperature (20 ± 2) ° С and humidity of air no more than 65%.
Application process
| Preparation | Dispersion after mixing is completely ready for use. Dispersion and materials before processing must be acclimatized to room temperature. |

| Washing | After use, clean equipment and tools with water. To remove the dried product, use a mechanical cleaning method using water or acetone-based solvents. |
| Application | Apply any tool with a thin layer on one of the surfaces to be bonded, which must then be pressed against each other for a while. The optimum time of pressing for the conditions of a given production is determined experimentally. The consumption of dispersion depends on the method of its application. Finished products can be used 24 hours after manufacturing. |
Storage
Store in tightly closed containers of the manufacturer in dry rooms at temperatures from +5 to + 35 ° C. Do not freeze! Directly before use, especially after prolonged storage, the product must be mixed. If there is a film on the surface before mixing, the film is gently removed.
Warranty period of storage
The warranty storage period of "DispoNix DE 384" is 6 months from the date of manufacture, provided the consumer observes the rules of transportation and storage. After the expiration of the storage warranty period, it is not recommended to use the product without laboratory testing.
Precautionary measures
During work, the room must be ventilated. Avoid excess skin contact with dispersion (until dry), use rubber gloves. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary. Full information is contained in the safety data sheet for the product.
Recycling
Dispose of the packaging from the glue as household waste.
