CERTIFICATE
The product «Poly vinyl acetate homopolymer poor-dispersion» isn’t included in Part II of «Consolidated list of goods, subjected to Sanitary and Epidemiological Control at the Custom and the Customs Union Territory», proved by Commission of the Customs Union, on the 28th of May, 2010, №299, and not under mandatory certification.
Application
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
The surfaces of gluing materials should be dust free and seasoned to room temperature.
CONDITIONS
Working temperature (20+2)°С and air humidity not below 65%. Use at the temperature not below10°С only.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Preparing |
Ready to use. No thinning needed. Stir thoroughly before use! Remove surface film carefully if any. The final joint strength and water resistance are achieved in 7 days in rooms with possible short-term exposure to water or condensation and/or short-term high humidity. |
Tools |
Spatula, brushes, roll, glue application machine, glue roller. |
Cleaning |
Equipment and tools should be washed after using. Use acetone to cure dry glue. |
Application |
Apply the adhesive as a uniform coat on one side. |
MATERIAL HUMIDITY
Wood humidity should be 8 - 12%.Wood humidity strongly affects the adhesive bond quality.
HARDENING TIME
Open assembling time no more than 8 min at +20°C, air humidity 65% and consumption 150 g/m2. Joint assembling time: max. 10 min at +20°C. Pressure should be applied before drying. Joint pressure increases if more glue used, at low working temperature and high humidity.
Note that the open assembly time and the required pressing time strongly depend on the working conditions such as room temperature, wood moisture and quality, absorbency and tensions in the material as well as the adhesive amount applied. Our recommendations can therefore only be used as guidance.Storage
STORAGE
Store in a dry and cool place at +5…+35 °C, in a tightly sealed original container. Protect from freezing!
GUARANTED STORAGE LIFE
Expire date is 6 months in case if delivery and storing rules are followed. After expire date shouldn’t be used without tests.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Air the room while working. Avoid skin and eye contact. Use rubber gloves. If skin contact wash with large amount of water. If eye contact wash immediately and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. A separate material safety data sheet is available by request.
RECYCLING
Packing materials are recycled as consumer waste.
